• Lazy Pay is a one stop shop for Crypto trading, investing and portfolio management, making their users life easier. You can buy/ sell crypto from a single dashboard even if your portfolio is across exchanges like Binance/ FTX/ Kraken/ Kucoin or wallets like Metamask etc.
• They have integrations with centralized and decentralized exchanges.

**Onboarding Feedback

1. Sign Up

Positive**

What was easy or delightful about the onboarding process?

• Simple and easy Sign Up process
• Simple UI with no unnecessary advertisements

Negative

What was difficult or suboptimal about the onboarding process? What were the pain points? The more honest you are here, the better!

• The email verification link was put in promotions folder of my gmail account
• No password setting rules or password strength indicator
• No captcha/ added security during login
• Lazy Trade search in google gives a lot of ads/ sponsored results on top, this may to user leaving for other platforms

Opportunities

What can be made easier? What suggestions or ideas could the project include to improve the onboarding experience going forward?

• A prompt to set a strong passwords as a combination of alphabets, numbers etc
